At Reviver Wave, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color selection, or change-of-mind purchases.
Please review all product details and size charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at: orders@reviverwave.com
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost. In most cases, the item does not need to be returned.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all products are custom made on demand, we do not accept:
- Returns for buyer’s remorse
- Exchanges for different sizes or colors
- Returns on sale items or gift cards
Please note that slight variations in print placement may occur and are considered normal within industry production tolerances.
Shipping Issues
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or an unsuccessful delivery attempt, we may offer:

A reshipment with additional shipping costs
or - A partial refund
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
