Every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, please allow time for both production and shipping before your order arrives.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and produced within 1–3 business days before shipping.
Processing times may be slightly longer during:
- Holidays
- High-volume periods
- Product launches or limited drops
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Shipping Times
United States
After shipping, U.S. delivery typically takes 2–8 business days depending on your location.
Please note that orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the United States require an additional 7–12 business days for delivery after shipment.

Shipping Delays
While we work hard to deliver orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Carrier issues
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- High shipping demand
- Incorrect shipping information
Reviver Wave is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at: support@reviverwave.com
Once an order enters production or shipment, we may no longer be able to modify the address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Reviver Wave is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or household members
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly
- Waiting 24–48 hours, as some carriers mark packages delivered before arrival

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at: support@reviverwave.com
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
